Had lunch with my sister today and showed her my new Canon:

Then went out to the turtle pond to play with camera! Um… this is my sister.

Yay! Oh, and I would like to say USB 1.1 is uber slow. It is NOT the hotness.

UTC I tea see, we all... oh...

I actually took this picture yesterday in Buddhism, but it works cause my linguistics class is in UTC too (and all the rooms look the same =). After this, I gotta go eat lunch, then I have lab hours for 2 hours, 30 minute break, defensive driving from 5:30 - 8:30, then it’s camping time! I think. Here’s hoping I don’t get lost on the way. =)

I found a cool extension for Firefox the other day. It lets you change/edit style sheets dynamically, display borders around table/block elements and all kinds of other crazy stuff. It’s the HOTNESS.

Hmmm… I should make a “HOTNESS” stamp/button or something…

More About EE

ee.jpg
This is pretty much what my EE class looks like most of the time. Haha, j/k… there’s usually a bit more people. We’re going over logic gates now! NAND, AND, XOR, OR, NOT, and all the other happy little… umm… logic stuff. Wheeeee, it’s great when the prof. spends over a week on a topic you already have down. =) Alright, off to linguistics…

Bloggers Wanted!

Liquid needs bloggers. Badly. I know I have virtually no audience here at OliverWEB, so this plug is hardly going to do anything, but I mainly just wanted to test this trackback thing anyways. Hohoho! Merry Christmas!

The Hotness

Weeeeellll, it’s October and that means I’m supposed to make a new OliverWEB design. As you can tell, I actually did it “on time” this year. I decided to get rid of all the old stuff and so if you want to look at any of the pages/posts from the past, you’ll have to use the legacy link at the top of this page to view the old OliverWEB.

I decided to give Movable Type a try, so that’s the backend at the moment. I also pretty much completely used CSS for the layout stuff, which is actually pretty cool. I’m waiting for my camera to come in within a few days, but after that, I plan on posting pics and treating this somewhat like a photo-blog. I’m also going to try to keep the page(s) “XHTML 1.0 Transitional“ validated (whatever that means), but we’ll see how that goes. =)

Curse the monkeys!

Well POOO!!! I made one stupid mistake on my EE test and so I didn’t get the 100 I thought I might’ve. Darn. =) Well, I still got a 92 though, which was the 3rd highest in the class, so I’m still looking good. Just a bit annoying. =)

Sam recently found a bruise on his right arm in virtually the exact same shape, location, and color as mine. It’s really really weird as the spot it’s at isn’t really the easiest of spots to get a bruise. Something’s fishy…. lol
